Had a great experience with this company. I originally asked for exterior window cleaning only, figuring I'd do the interiors myself. Well, with getting the house ready to sell, I just didn't have it in me to tackle that as well. They were quick to reschedule me within my timeline, just a few days later than originally scheduled. They did a great job, very thorough. I wasn't onsite so they invoiced me. I never got the invoice and with all that was going on, totally forgot to follow up. The owner called me, she couldn't have been nicer. She suggested checking my spam folder, there it was. I paid immediately. Ben did a fabulous job of pressure washing our front entry. He removed stains that had been in the concrete and rock pillars for years. He also cleaned all of our showroom windows. Yes, the Sparkle Squad lives up to their name. We will have them back again for future cleanings. Dale On the second job Ben did for us he came to our house. The team removed and cleaned our screens. They cleaned all of our windows, even the ones that were really high up. They pressure washed the patio areas and removed dirt dauber nest. Once again, a great job by the Sparkle Squad. we did a major renovation and had all of our windows repalced two years ago, and getting our house cleaned up has been on my to-do list forever. Sparkle Squad cleaned the inside, outside, tracks and screens on all windows and glass doors in my house. Excellent job. Then they pressure washed the limestone on my house and got out all the black mold from it... it looks brand new. They also soft washed my stucco house. Now I don't have to have my house painted so soon. All was done within a few hours. Very professional and well organized. Price was very reasonable for all I had done. Ben Morgan and Jada with Sparkle Squad did an amazing job with the exterior and interior windows of my house. Some of the windows in my house are especially high and they had no problem easily getting to them to clean. I have also struggled with an annoying haze on the outside of some of my windows that simply would not come clean no matter what I used and they were able to make them shine. Amazing to see the professionalism and the care the staff took while hanging up Christmas lights. I have put up my lights for years, and I just realized I am nowhere near as good as I thought I was after seeing Jada and Raul work. Ben and his team did an amazing job. The house looks better than when we first bought it. Ben and his team took extra steps to tackle other areas of the house, spending almost all day with our home to make sure it was left in pristine condition, (they even made sure the front hedges were cleared of any dead leaves!).
